dsh plugin --profile web add @klarkxy/dsh-model-route
Replace web with your profile name. Restart the profile after installing; the plugin then shows up under Settings → Plugins.

A small shared library that lets plugins describe their model settings in the same way, so Model Hub can find and edit them. It adds no feature of its own and does not need to be installed separately.
